2013 California & Federal Employment Poster
IMPORTANT: NEW 2013 POSTER REQUIREMENT
Effective January 1, 2013, new updates to the Discrimination and Harassment notice and other changes. No matter how many employees you have in California, your business is required by law to post a current California and Federal Employment Poster in a central location. The poster must also include information about your workers’ comp benefits, pay day schedule and emergency contacts. You may need to order several to ensure that your business, branches, and satellite offices are displaying the poster according to the law.
