A Little More About Salvation Army Southeast Communities Corps

The Salvation Army Southeast Communities serves the cities of Huntington Park, Bell, Bell Gardens, Maywood, Downey, Vernun, Walnut Park and South Gate

We are a church that cares- not just for our members and those who worship with us on a Sunday, but anyone in our community who has a need that we can meet.

The Salvation Army is an international Christian body for whom commitment to Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior and practical service to the world around us have always gone hand in hand.

  • our message is based on the Bible
  • our ministry is motivated by the love of God
  • our mission is to preach the Gospel of Jesus Christ and to meet human needs in his name without discrimination.
